Around Andrea and Georges Wenger is a team
of 25 staff who contribute to the good running of the establishment and
the quality of the welcome. Each personality, each talent is an enrichment
to all. The hotel fosters a commitment to being adaptable: the well-being
of the client is everyone's priority.
Andrea Wenger works alongside the maître d'hôtel to ensure
the perfect dining service; she also manages the hotel side and handles
the hotel’s administration.
Assisted by his sous-chef, Georges Wenger runs a team of 12. Along
with his sommelier, he is the joint key-holder to a realm of delights
comprising some 700 wines and 30,000 bottles.
